Payment & Refund

Payments for Digradelub Coffee services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on digradelub.lol.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from studio@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Hong Kong norms.
• Hours for payment questions at Digradelub Coffee: Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00. Site reference this site, desk Shop 3B.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact studio@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Hong Kong unless otherwise stated.

We keep payment queues paced so finishing quality stays steady without silent add-ons — changes need a written OK. Established 2019, still owner-run

Materials for payment are quoted before labour begins with clear tickets so handoffs stay consistent. Receipts are available on request.
